The high-performance punching machine with full mass compensation and automatic adjustment stroke enables high-precision production of components for various industries, such as the electronics, computer, automotive, metal packaging and food industries. Thanks to stroke rates of over 1000 strokes/min, they offer a particularly high output rate. The strip material is fed synchronously to the tools by means of a synchronised servo feed unit, with the material being supplied by decoilers and recoilers.
The main areas of research with the high-speed presses BSTA 410 are the optimisation, monitoring and control of single and multi-stage punching tools.
