We are looking for support in the MeGro project! This involves a variety of tasks in the areas of development, experiments and the use of measurement technology.

In the MeGro project, a new, environmentally friendly rolling process for the production of thickness-variable stringer profiles for aircraft fuselages is to be developed in cooperation with AIRBUS Aerostructures. The thickness variation is achieved by radial infeed of two rolls inclined at 45°.

The roll stand is currently being assembled and commissioned. It will then be experimentally tested and continuously optimised. The final geometry of the profiles will be measured optically to analyse the profile geometry. I am looking for support for this. The job offers the opportunity to get a deep insight into the development work as an engineer in a scientific environment through practical tasks.
