On 4 June 2025, the time had come again: at this year's TU Meet & Move, 20 sports-loving PtU employees took part in the ultra marathon. The course covered the classic marathon distance of 42.125 kilometres and was completed in two stages with 10 runners in each stage. Under the team name ‘PtU-Schnellläufer’, the participants once again achieved sixth place out of 36 competing teams with a strong overall time.

It rained continuously for long stretches. However, it remained surprisingly dry during the PtU team's run. The sky cleared and the stages could be completed without further rain showers. The wet paths demanded full concentration, but the team mastered the conditions with aplomb, and after the sporting part, all participants rounded off the day with a barbecue on the campus. The good atmosphere, delicious food and the feeling of having achieved something together made the evening a successful conclusion, and the PtU would like to thank all runners and supporters along the route.
