Under the theme “Industry meets Academia”, PtU welcomed the industrial partners of the current research projects of the EFB research association on 20 November. The research assistants Jonas Moske, Hasan Kutlu, Christoph Kuhn, Viktor Arne and Philipp Schumann provided the numerous participants with interesting insights into their research results in the fields of photometric process monitoring, sensorless wear detection, condition monitoring of servo presses and textured material surfaces. The day enabled exciting discussions and constructive exchanges with experts from industry and research. During a subsequent tour of the test fields, the project managers were able to provide great insights into their systems and test setups.
