PtU at the SPIE Smart Structures + NDE Conference

In March 2023, the annual international conference SPIE Smart Structures + NDE was held in Long Beach, California (USA). As part of the well-known conference in the field of smart materials and composites, Nassr Al-Baradoni gave a presentation entitled: Image based, structural-integrated sensor for measuring multiaxial deflection in stiff machine elements.

The presentation covered the results of integrating the developed image-based force-torque sensor into machine elements of the split profile bending machine to measure bending forces and to digitize the bending process.
